HOW TO ORDER: Call or write. Please state quantity and length of tool needed. ALL orders must be accompanied by a Purchase Order.

 

DELIVERY: FOB Shipping Point. The seller reserves the right to ship by the most economical method. No allowance on UPS, Parcel Post, Express or Air Shipment.

 

RETURNS: No returns accepted without consent of seller. Goods accepted for return are subject to a minimum of 25% restocking charge plus all shipping charges. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number will be assigned for items accepted for return.

 

CLAIMS: Any shortage or error in shipment must be reported to the seller immediately upon receipt of goods.

 

GUARANTEE & WARRANTIES: All product warranties and guarantee are as printed by the manufacturer.

 

GOODS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: Any claim for loss shall be the responsibility of the buyer and should be promptly reported to the carrier. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all merchandise before accepting it from the carrier. If merchandise is damaged or unfit, it should be marked on the freight bill of lading prior to acceptance.

 

ACCEPTANCE: Orders and directions for shipment are subject to acceptance by seller.
